By accessing or purchasing from VelloMods ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or purchase our products.

2. Nature of Products

We sell digital goods for use within the FiveM platform, including MLOs, interiors, and related assets.

All products are delivered digitally. No physical items are provided.

3. Payments and Checkout

All payments are processed through Tebex Limited. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Tebex's terms, policies, and checkout requirements.

We do not control:

• Payment authorization
• Currency conversion
• Taxes or fees applied by Tebex
• Chargeback decisions

4. No Affiliation with Rockstar or Cfx.re

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re.

All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

5. License and Usage

When you purchase a product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product on your FiveM server.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the product
• Claim the product as your own
• Upload the product to public or private marketplaces
• Circumvent licensing or access controls

Violation of these terms may result in license termination without refund.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind
• Lack of technical knowledge
• Incompatibility with your server setup
• Failure to read product descriptions

Refund requests, if applicable, are handled through Tebex and subject to their policies.

7. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• Immediate responses
• Compatibility with third-party scripts or resources
• Ongoing updates unless explicitly stated

8. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue products
• Update pricing or descriptions
• Change these Terms at any time

Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for server downtime, data loss, or revenue loss
• We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse or modification of our products
• All products are provided "as is"

We may terminate access or licenses if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraud or abuse is suspected
• Required by law or platform policies

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
